With 18 years experience in the wedding industry, and recently managing weddings, both at Sails Noosa and here at Lovebird Weddings, Steph knows how to fine-tune the wedding process, building always on the customer experience. In amongst being our chief reporting manager, Steph also manages our client invoicing, our bundle clients and manages the rosters in our business. She loves connecting with people and is the master at making our processes more effective and efficient.

FINE ARTIST & STATIONER
Jenny has been in the wedding industry for 17 years, both internationally (hence the Scottish accent!) and here at Lovebirds central. She is a fine artist by trade, and brings all the love she has from her own brand Jenny Moodie Designs to our business of providing gorgeous signage and stationery for our clients. You can view some of Jenny’s beautiful curated packages in our new stationery store, launching soon. And if you want a personalised illustration to reflect your bespoke needs, she delivers this with absolute panache and makes this process feel easy and inspiring.

Lauren joined us in 2021, and soon wowed us with her exceptional customer service, delightful personality and divine passion. She is a natural wedding planner, giving her 110% every time to go above and beyond. Anyone who comes into contact with Lauren raves about her calm composure and gorgeous way of nurturing her clients and all the suppliers she works with. She quickly rose from assistant planner to Head Planner with the feedback from our clients. With 5 years’ experience in the wedding industry, Lauren manages our planning clients and all social media platforms.

We are all about quality. Especially in the way we present our decor and furniture. It’s got to be perfect. So that you can trust, when we send decor out, there are no scuffs, scratches or marks. Dont be deceived by stock images you see on others websites, our decor is presented in-situ for a reason…so you know that’s exactly how it looks on the day. Anyone can put up a great stock shot, but not everyone invests in repainting and refurbishing every week like we do.

Every client is unique, which is why you need to be treated as such. We are not a dry hire business. The core of our business revolves around creating bespoke designs. And our conceptual designs are made to help you visualise your day before you get there. That’s how you know, and can trust, that what we present in our designs, is delivered on the day, to reflect your personal style. That’s why one of our core values is to action our support for our colleagues by being their visionaries. One way we are channelling this is through our sister brand WEDCOACH. It’s where our leader, Trudy, provides mentoring and coaching for other wedding businesses, and why she has chosen a podcast platform called In It For Love where her goal is to elevate the collective consciousness of the wedding industry by getting candid with the world’s most successful wedding brands.
