Express On Day
From $2,950
For those that want a professional to fine-tune their wedding plans and be there on the day. With this package, you get exclusive use of our planning software, and we will set up your order of events template and walk you through our planning software and how to tweak your order of events. This package is perfect for those with a bit more time up their sleeve to do their own planning. It includes us managing your wedding day with 12 hours onsite from getting ready to post the first dance.

Three Month Handover

For those who want us to complete their planning as if it were done by a professional from the beginning, we begin working for you three months before the wedding. We review what you have created across all suppliers, tweak contracts based on the best timelines, create an order of events, assist with final layouts, and conduct all the final supplier consultations. We are there for your rehearsal, and we make sure everything happens smoothly on the day.

Mid-Way Coordination

From 6 months prior to your big day, we take the reins. This package is designed for those who have already booked some of their suppliers and sent out invitations but don't know where to go from there. It includes assistance with finding up to three suppliers - the tricky ones you have no ideas on - as well as the creation of your wedding budget documentation to help you see where you stand against your budget. We also create your order of events, which serves as the perfect blueprint for your day.

In this package, Lovebird Weddings teams up with Interior Stylists DeWolfe, to deliver the a Visual Design Concept that is next level. This package is perfect for those who want a truly spectacular event. This is a minimum $15,000 investment, so if you want BIG, this is the one for you.

If you need us to create the overall look of your day, using furniture and décor either we own, or sourced from our reliable partners who put quality first, then the styling packages are the best fit for your wedding. Our packages include delivery and set up, and re-working things to a wet weather plan you have arranged.
If you are wanting a professional to assist you with the coordination of your wedding day, finding and managing suppliers, creating timelines and managing wet weather scenarios, then our planning packages are what you are after.
